Through a combination of modules, guided meditations, exercises, and interactive discussions, you'll learn how to identify and overcome the barriers holding you back.
This course offers a safe space to explore your challenges, celebrate your progress, and gain the tools you need to create a more fulfilling and purpose-driven life without self-limitations.

Here’s how it’s structured

6 WEEKS COURSE, WITH SELF LEARNING MODULES AND GROUP COACHING.
IN OUR GROUP COACHING SESSIONS WE WILL REVIEW THE MODULES TO DISCUSS ALL THAT HAS BEEN COMING UP FOR YOU IN A GROUP SETTING SO THAT WE CAN ALL MOVE FORWARD LEAVING NO PARTS BEHIND.

Awareness & Acceptance.
In the first week, we focus on bringing awareness to where you are right now and learning to accept your current situation without judgment.
Awareness is the first step towards change, and acceptance allows you to move forward with clarity and compassion.

Limiting beliefs
This week, we dive into identifying the limiting beliefs that have been shaping your life and holding you back. You'll uncover the stories you've been telling yourself and learn powerful tools to challenge and reframe them.

You are not your Emotions
In Week Three, we explore the powerful concept that you are not defined by your emotions. You'll learn how to observe your feelings without becoming overwhelmed by them, and discover ways to detach from emotional patterns that no longer serve you.

This week is all about vision and intention. You'll get clear on the person you truly want to become and the life you want to create. Through guided exercises, you'll explore your core values, passions, and dreams, and begin aligning your actions with your desired self.

In Week Five, we tackle the fears and inner resistance that have been holding you back. You'll learn how to face your fears with courage and compassion, and develop strategies to move through the resistance that arises when stepping out of your comfort zone.

In the final week, we focus on building momentum and turning your newfound clarity into real, sustained action. You’ll create a personalized action plan that aligns with your goals and dreams, ensuring you continue progressing long after the course ends.
